Pultruded FRP structure

Through a process known as pultrusion, fiberglass components can be manufactured to a higher standard. The pultrusion process produces a product with exact, predictable and measurable performance. Extensive testing in university and field laboratories for the long-term effects of deflection, shear, deflection and temperature yields simulations and evaluations of performance.
Advantages of the pultrusion structural member:
■ High strength structural pultrusions estimate the strength of steel in terms of tension and compression.
Light weight: 80% less than steel, 30% less than aluminum.
Corrosion resistance, not allowed for a wide range of corrosive materials. Immune to degeneration
Quality structural cuts and tested to exact specifications at Marley's factory, fiberglass pultrusions will not warp or detach after fabrication, which makes field assembly and replacement easier. And the tower construction is safe, reliable and efficient using pultruded structural components.
■ Wet / dry-use fiberglass is ideal for “continuous” cooling towers as they are not naturally separable and traceable.
■ Non-conductive reduces the danger of electric shock compared to metal construction pole.
